EVENT SERVER — REDBIRD EVENTS Downtown Los Angeles | Part-Time

Redbird Events is looking for experienced Event Servers to join our team during our busy season.

We are looking for someone with more experience and hospitality skills than a traditional banquet server, but you don’t need to be as polished as a seasoned fine-dining server. The right candidate understands good service, has a sense of urgency, works well with a team, and genuinely enjoys taking care of guests.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly pay
• Participation in the tip pool for all Redbird Events taking place on property that day

What we’re looking for:

• Previous restaurant and event-service experience
• Experience with plated dinners, passed hors d’oeuvres, receptions and private events
• Strong hospitality and guest-service skills
• Professional, reliable and on time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork
• Flexible availability, particularly evenings and weekends

This is a part-time position , but we are entering our busy season and there are plenty of opportunities for shifts.
