What You'll Do

As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. This entry-level position also offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn more about long-term care and its many career opportunities.

Part Time Receptionist, 18-22 hours per week, evenings/weekends/holidays required

We pay evening and weekend shift differentials for this position

We require every other weekend, we pay time and a half on holidays

Pay depends on experience level, the more you have the more we pay you

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Receives inquires and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities
• Receives newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents

Rate of Pay

USD $17.30 - USD $18.05 /Hr.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications of a Receptionist include:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
• Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families
