Job Title: Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Salary: $28 - $31/hr (DOE)

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the culinary leadership team at a premier camp and retreat center in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a high-volume, hands-on leadership role overseeing food production for 300–600+ guests attending multi-day retreats, conferences, youth camps, and corporate events. The property serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for groups staying 2–5 nights , while also executing weddings, banquets, and special events throughout the year.
The ideal candidate has experience leading large-scale food production, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about developing teams while delivering exceptional quality and consistency.
